We will migrate LP and OPEN from #HarmonyONE chain back to #Arbitrum
After this step:
1. Every $OPEN token holder (in any chain) will have equivalent $OPEN amount in Arbitrum
2. No more $OPEN token on #BSC nor Harmony
3. All 100M Total Supply of $OPEN will be in Arbitrum
